Kreisler on Kreisler:
I practice in Chicago and maintain a convenient neighborhood office on the North Side of the City. I am a general business law practitioner, focused on business and real estate transactional matters as well as condominium law, business law and estate planning and administration. I bring an educational background including the most highly respected rated law and business schools in the country to the informal environment of a small local firm. This gives my clients the benefit of direct access to sophisticated and highly experienced representation but without the overhead, much higher fees and bureaucracies of large and downtown law firms.
I take my own calls; so when you call, you will not be “filtered” through a receptionist, secretary, or assistant. I make it a point of being absolutely responsive to my clients and of trying to return every call the same day, no matter how busy I may be at the time. I am a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Association of Condominium Townhouse & Homeowners Associations, as well as the Chicago Association and National Association of Realtors. I am a member of the Real Property Law Committee and the Condominium subcommittee of the Real Property Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association. I have spoken at professional seminars sponsored by and published articles on Condominium Law for the ACTHA monthly newsletter.
Further, I have spoken on Cook County Eviction Law and Procedure before the annual Celebration of Real Estate Investor Knowledge seminar sponsored by the real estate investor group WCRT.
Give me a call. If my approach and background seem to suit your legal needs, give me a call (773) 394-6400 or email me. I’ll be happy to set up a free, no obligation telephone or office consultation. If I don’t feel I have the experience to best represent you with your matter, I’ll try to refer you to another attorney who does.
